Applicant Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen.
  • Complete the Public Information Request Form.
  • Show an ID card/other identification and attach a photocopy of it.

Time & Cost

  • A written reply is given no later than 10 (ten) working days after the request is received.
  • Public information services are provided free of charge.
