An accredited government-owned product certification body ready to serve the textile and textile product (TPT) industry that requires SNI mark certification (SPPT SNI).

Mandatory and Voluntary Product Certification

Mandatory and voluntary product certification helps the textile industry gain recognition of conformity with SNI and market requirements.

The process covers document evaluation, testing and certificate issuance under the applicable scheme.

Mandatory and Voluntary Product Certification Process
  1. The customer submits a service request (in person, by phone, email or live chat).
  2. The Marketing Sub-coordination prepares a quotation letter.
  3. The customer accepts the quotation.
  4. An E-Billing code is issued according to the price details.
  5. The customer makes the payment at a Collecting Bank (MPN G-2).
  6. Payment validation and creation of the Work Order.
  7. Activities are carried out according to the Minimum Service Standards.
  8. Issuance of the certificate / results report and service evaluation.
Service Flow Six stages that every technical service request goes through.
  1. Administration Order Form registration for walk-in service, or a Quotation Letter for service requested by phone, email and live chat.
  2. Billing Code Issuance Once the customer accepts the quotation, a billing code is issued as the basis for payment.
  3. Payment The service fee is paid according to the billing code at a Collecting Bank through the MPN G-2 system.
  4. Service Delivery Process The quotation automatically enters the Work Order queue and is processed according to the Minimum Service Standards (SPM).
  5. Certificate / Report Issuance The customer receives a certificate or report on the results of the technical service.
  6. Service Evaluation The customer completes the Customer Satisfaction Survey as input for evaluation and improvement.
